SCOPE: THE PROPERTY consists of three parcels located in the Halifax Harbor Complex entirely within the Downtown Community Redevelopment area. The Armory site is a +4 acre site identified by the Volusia County Property Appraiser s Office as parcel number 5339-01-03-0066. The North Basin the easterly most +4.33 acres of parcels identified by the Volusia County Property Appraiser s Office as 5339-01-03-0062. The Halifax Harbor Park is an +8 acre site identified by the Volusia County Property Appraiser s Office as a portion of parcel number 5339-01-03-0066. A site map of the Armory site, North Basin and Halifax Harbor Park are attached. This notice is provided in accordance with the provisions of Florida Statute 163.380 (3) (a).
