Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services for the Steam Boiler project. Bids received after this time or more than ninety-six (96) hours excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays before the time set for the opening of bids will not be accepted. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any minor informalities or irregularities in the bidding. Each bidder must deposit, with his bid, security in the amount and form set out in the contract documents. Security shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Attention of bidders is particularly directed to the statutory requirements, Certificate of Compliance with Executive Order 11246 (as amended), and certificate concerning, noncollusion, and business relationship provisions. No bidder may withdraw his bid within one hundred eighty (180) days after the date of opening thereof. 1.1 Boiler needs to fit on existing pad 70" by 106" by 3 1\2" and match orientation to the adjacent boiler. Please note that pad will need to be re-poured or patched. 1.2 Installation to include uncrate, set in place, reassemble, final connections to electrical, outside combustion air, steam header, exhaust, controls, and plumbing, new pad poured or patched, and in-service training. 1.3 Final proposal shall include: 1.3.1 Shipping and handling 1.3.2 Freight load/unload 1.3.3 Special equipment for load/unload 1.3.4 Inside delivery 1.3.5 Coordination of same day delivery and installation 1.3.6 Replacement/reinstallation of doors or other permanent structures removed during installation/inside delivery of steam boiler Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services for the Steam Boiler project described in the Specifications, per the General Conditions and Solicitation for Bids on the campus of Oklahoma State University Center for Health Services, Tulsa, OK.
