The work of this single bid project includes construction of new water mains on College Drive and College Circle. Construction of new sanitary sewers on College Drive and College Circle. Construction of new storm sewers on College Drive and College Circle. Removal and replacement of existing above grade and below grade (in tunnel) steam and condensate lines including all insulation, pipe jacketing, restraints, guides, and supports. Repair of above grade concrete supports for reuse. Below grade steam work shall include the removal of the tunnel top slab, preservation of the walls and replacement of the cast-in-place top slab and application of waterproofing, backfill, and restoration. Other restoration and replacement consist of landscaping, plaza & sidewalk hardscape and new site pole lighting.
