Demolition, site work and addition to a parking garage in West Branch, Michigan. Working plans call for the addition of a 7,250-square-foot parking garage.
As of April 25, 2022, bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. Project will rebid but no definite date yet. 40 X 80 Drive Thru garage addition to the North end of the existing building. 5% Bid Security. Accepting Questions Until: March 16, 2022 @ 3:00pm. Project is of wood frame construction including pre-engineered wood trusses with a slab on grade foundation. Interior work includes architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components. Exterior finishes to match existing. Site work includes excavation for the foundation, grading around the exterior to accommodate and continue the gravel drive to the north end of the building, concrete aprons and potential extension of the west concrete apron to meet the existing HMA driveway.
