Renovation of a fire / police facility in Olympia, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 15,983-square-foot, one-story above grade fire / police facility.

Fire Station Number 95 Renovation Bidders who do not attend the mandatory site walk through will not be qualified to bid the project. The Owner wishes to contract Construction Services for the Fire Station 95 Renovations. The goal of the project is to replace the failed existing roof system, insulation and envelop components for all portions of the roof. Replace insulation throughout the ceiling area, including in enclosed spaces/drop ceilings or as indicated in the documents. Base bid will be a composition shingle roofing system with an alternate for a metal roofing system. Other work includes repair and remediate interior areas that have been exposed to prolonged periods of moisture areas will require demolition, repair, mold abatement, drywall replacement, finish and replacement of electrical and mechanical fixtures/equipment as indicated in the documents. Overall Substantial Completion shall be achieved within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days after the Owner s Notice to Proceed and Final Completion shall be achieved within thirty (30) calendar days after Substantial Completion.
