A Bid Deposit must be a certified check or cashier s check made payable to the New York State Thruway Authority in the amount of $375,000.00. The Authority reserves the right to review and approve or reject any subcontract, as well as any -Replacement of the Interchange 35 Bridge over NYS Thruway at Milepost 278.93 in OnondagaCounty in accordance with the Plans and Specifications.
