It is the intent of Charlotte County to secure the services of a licensed individual or Contractor for services required for replacement of 42 pool drain covers at various Charlotte County pool locations. Replacement covers shall comply with the Virginia Graham Baker (VGB) Pool and Safety Act The license(s) required to perform the services for this project are: Certified General, Registered General, Certified Swimming Pool Class A, Registered Swimming Pool Class A, Certified Swimming Pool Cla ss C, Registered Swimming Pool Class C Any questions can be answered by contacting Julie Couturiaux, Contract Specialist at 941.743.1379 or email: julie.couturiaux@charlottecountyfl.gov. In accordance with Florida Statues, Section 119(1)(b)2: Sealed bids, proposals, or replies received by an agency pursuant to a competitive solicitation are exempt from s. 119.07(1) and s. 24(a), Art. I of the State Constitution until such time as the agency provides notice of an intended decision or until 30 days after opening the bids, proposals, or final replies, whichever is earlier.
