Renovation of a municipal facility in Paterson, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Bidders wishing to submit their bid on a business day before Bid Opening may do so at the address noted above between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm. The principal items of work to be constructed, along with approximate quantities, are as follows: Base Bid Items Item Quantity Unit Removal of (3) existing chillers LS EA Install (3) three new chillers LS EA Removal of (1) existing AHU (#6) LS EA Install (1) new AHU LS EA Provision for future tie in to BMS LS EA Question and Answer Period March 4th to March 15th, 2022 COVID 19. The contents of each bid package shall be read aloud upon opening, including the price(s), and noting, at minimum, the presence of any documents required to be part of the bid submission. After the close of the bid opening, the bid package of the apparent low bidder shall be fully scanned and posted at www.passaiccountynj.org. The bid opening shall be recorded and archived. If there are any questions regarding the bid opening process during the Public Health Emergency, please contact Passaic County Purchasing Department at bids@passaiccountynj.org.
