This project consists of removing existing and installing new Pre-Conditioned Air Units and/or Ground Power Units at various gates in Concourses D and E. 2. Project Location: Philadelphia International Airport The Work consists of replacing the existing Pre-Conditioned Air Units (PCAs) at Concourse D Gates D2, D8, D12, D14, D15 and D16 and Concourse E Gates E2, E4, E11, E12, E13, E14, E15, E16 and E17 with new 60-ton units. This includes the electrical upgrades needed to accommodate the additional power requirements for the larger PCA units and the electrical infrastructure on the Passenger Boarding Bridges to accommodate the new 60-ton PCAir units and to provide usage meters at each of the new PCAir units. Replacing the Ground Power Units (GPU) at Concourse D Gates D1, D2, D4, D5, D6, D7, D8, D12, D13, D14 and D16 and Concourse E Gates E5, E7, E9 and E10 with new 90 kVA GPUs.
