Viewing of the Work Site by the Bidder prior to bidding is optional. Although viewing is optional, the Bidder is recommended to view the Work Site prior to submitting the tender as road conditions for grading may vary significantly from area to area. Forest Service Road grading is to be performed at various locations within the Chilliwack Natural Resource District. Contractors are advised that they must be able to respond in the timeframe deemed appropriate by the Ministry Representative and outlined in the schedules. Tenders must be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the tender package. The lowest priced or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. This solicitation is subject to New West Partnership Trade Agreement and Chapter 5 of the Agreement on Internal Trade. Questions will be accepted until noon, March 23rd, 2022. The Ministry will endeavor to answer questions in a timely manner, however, does not guarantee when or if answers will be posted. Questions asked early in the advertising period are more likely to have answers posted before the closing date/time.
