This project is generally described as the restoration of approximately 1,599 LF of the Mason Pond tributary stream to include realignment and regrading, stabilization and revegetation; 935LF of Asphalt and natural surface trails and 31 light fixtures along trails Mason's Const Mgmt Software - e-Builder Public Link Access.All bidders who wish to attend the Optional PreBid Meeting are required to follow the guidelines outlined in Attachments E & F and notify Mason's Project Manager, Deniz Callahan by email dcallah1@GMU.EDU by COB Monday, 07 March 2022.Michele Kelly by COB on Thursday, 31 March 2022 by COB by email mkelly29@gmu.edu The contract shall be awarded on a lump sum basis as follows: The Total Base Bid Amount including any properly submitted and received bid modifications plus such successive Additive Bid Items as the Owner in its discretion decides to award in the manner set forth in Paragraph 12 of the Instructions to Bidders (HECO-7A-EB). Notice of Award or Notice of Intent to Award will be posted on eVA, Virginia Department of General Services central electronic procurement website. Bidders Questions must be submitted through Mason s Construction Management Software Project, eBuilder on or before Tuesday, 15 March 2022. Owner reserves the right to respond to any questions received after the date as indicated in the Invitation for Bid
