The project generally consists of milling, asphalt patching, HMA wedge and level, HMA surface course and placement of stone shoulders. Subbase/subgrade repair, pavement fabric, and underdrains and other contingent construction items may be required for this project. Millings shall become the property of the contractor and all millings shall be disposed of properly. No petroleum material shall be used for a release agent in the truck bed or on tools and other equipment. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids containing bidding irregularities.
