Site work and paving for a civil project in Beach Haven, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

2020 Stormwater Pump Stations on 7th St., 12th St. and Pearl St. and Drainage Improvements, New Jersey Infrastructure Bank Project No. S344220-01 The project shall include, but not be limited to the following: Furnish and install three (3) stormwater pump stations complete with wet well, intake and outflow piping, valving, fittings, electric service, piping conflicts, and site restoration. Each pump station precast concrete wet well is approximately 8 FT wide, 10 FT long and 9 FT deep. Each station shall be equipped with two (2) 1,000 GPM submersible pumps. The project shall also include the removal and replacement of the existing drainage systems including but not limited to removal and replacement of approximately 4,396 LF of existing storm pipe with new HDPE and ductile iron pipe of various sizes, water main loops, seventeen (17) precast manholes, sixteen (16) Type A Inlets, four (4) Type E Inlets, four (4) CDS Hydrodynamic Separators, pavement restoration and all else necessary for site restoration required. The successful lowest responsible Bidder shall comply with the project plan developed by the sponsor to fulfill SED utilization requirements, as defined in the Small Business Act 15 U.S.C. 637(a) and 637 (d), and any regulations promulgated pursuant thereto. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c.127. This contract or subcontract is expected to be funded in part with funds from the "New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and the New Jersey Infrastructure Bank Project #s344220-01 for all work associated with Pump Station construction and drainage improvements. Neither the State of New Jersey, the New Jersey Infrastructure Bank nor any of their departments, agencies or employees is, or will be, a party to this contract or subcontract or any lower tier contract or subcontract. This contract or subcontract is subject to the provisions of N.J.A.C. 7:22-3,4,5,9 and 10. A BID BOND drawn to the order of the Borough of Beach Haven in an amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the amount of the Bid, but no more than $20,000.00, must be submitted with the proposal as BID SECURITY, pursuant to Local Public Contract Law (LPC) 40A:11-21. Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 7:22-3.17(g), all applicable surety bonds required in connection with the advertisement and award of building contracts or subagreements must be written by a surety company listed on the Federal Treasury List (Department Circular 570 Surety Companies Acceptable on Federal Bonds), incorporated herein by reference.
