Site work and paving for a civil project in Watauga, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The work covered by the Contract Documents includes the following: Construction of a Rain Garden along Hightower Drive across from Bennington Drive in the City of Watauga, Texas, together with the necessary appertaining work. Questions pertaining to this bid will be received until Friday, April 15, 2022 at 5:00 PM (local time). Successful Bidders shall be required to comply with all laws pertaining to minimum wage and discrimination of persons. Minimum rates of pay to all laborers and mechanics on the project must not be less than as provided in the Wage Rate Schedule, and wage provisions must particularly comply with all other applicable wage laws of the State of Texas. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids or to increase or decrease or omit any item or items and/or award to the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder. The City of Watauga also reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bidding Estimate: $60,000-$120,000 There will not be a pre-bid meeting *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
