Proposers must be pre-qualified by the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC) in one of the following categories, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-27.1, et.seq.: (C008) General Construction (C009) General Construction / Alterations / Additions (C012) Windows Proposers shall also either be prequalified for, or include documentation for prequalified subcontractors for, the following classifications: (C008) General Construction and/or (C009) General Construction / Alterations and Additions Proposers and subcontractors for each of the major branches of work specified in N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-18 must be prequalified by the DPMC. A bid bond or certified or cashier's check payable to the Paterson Charter School of Science and Technology (PCSST) Board of Trustees equal to 10% of the amount of the bid, but in no case to exceed $20,000.00 Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject all bids, to waive minor immaterial defects in any bid, or to award a lump sum contract, in accordance with applicable laws, including the requirements of the Public School Contracts The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of the existing windows on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors, replacement of the main entrance doors, and the addition of new windows on the 2nd floor
