The PRINCIPAL, hereinafter referred to as the R seau de Transport de Longueuil "RTL", is a public service organization whose purpose is to ensure, by means of public transport, the mobility of people on the territory of the agglomeration of Longueuil. In order to carry out its mission, the RTL operates, among other things, an administrative center and two (2) operations centres, one located in Saint-Hubert (two (2) garages) and the other in Vieux-Longueuil (one (1) garage). The PRINCIPAL has a strategic plan which, in its application, will dictate the orientations of all projects to upgrade its facilities. This mandate relates to these four (4) buildings. The projects aim to maintain the assets in good condition and prevent their obsolescence, in the short term, within the framework of urgent work, major repairs and priority work. The PRINCIPAL wishes to retain the services of qualified professionals to carry out construction project management mandates. The Construction Manager must coordinate its services with other firms that have the mandate to provide, according to the rules of the art and without limitation, all professional design and work monitoring services. Description of the mandate The PRINCIPAL requires the professional services of a firm specializing in the management of building infrastructure construction projects to provide the following services, including but not limited to: Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations; Obtaining all required permits; The declaration of the project to the authorities concerned (eg: CNESST); The scheduling of the Works for each of the mandates; Coordinating the work of contractors hired by the RTL; The coordination of the professional services involved; Coordination of work with the RTL authorities concerned; The production of daily and weekly project monitoring reports; Monitoring, control and compliance with the established schedule; Monitoring and control of contractual costs and contingencies; Verification of the conformity of the work; Coordination and monitoring of applicable rules in Occupational Health and Safety; Assistance to the PRINCIPAL in the performance of his duties. Unless otherwise specified by the PRINCIPAL, the CONTRACTING PARTY will also act as a representative of the PRINCIPAL. Execution of the mandate The professional services required are to be performed within the framework of a bank of hours for the entire duration of the contract. It is understood that the personnel assigned to the administration of the mandate, invoicing and other tasks of an administrative or accounting nature are not part of the billable personnel. Before starting to carry out a specific mandate, the CONTRACTING PARTY must receive written confirmation from the PRINCIPAL that he is authorized to start. The CONTRACTING PARTY contract may include several specific mandates to be executed, if necessary simultaneously. The PRINCIPAL reserves the right to reject any Submission that does not comply with the specifications and conditions of the Tender Documents. Any Bid that is not completed in accordance with the Invitation to Tender or that is not accompanied by the required documents duly completed may be deemed non-compliant.
