The South Carolina Department of Probation, Parole, and Pardon Services (SCDPPPS) is seeking bids to perform custodial services at the Colleton County Office, 101 Mable T. Willis Blvd. Walterboro, SC 29488 as per the specifications below. The estimated square footage of the building is 5000 square feet. Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, and equipment needed to perform required job tasks. Supplies such as paper towels, toilet tissue, hand soap, trash bags, sanitary bags, sanitary receptacle liners, and toilet seat covers will be furnished by SCDPPPS. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to provide any/all other materials needed to complete the cleaning duties. Any cleaning equipment, tools, and towels/rags/cloths shall be maintained in a way that shall not cross contaminate. Cleaning towels/rags/cloths used to clean the toilets and restroom areas shall not be used to clean any sink, counter, faucet, faucet handle, coffee station, microwave, stove area, and/or refrigerator. Clean towels/rags/cloths shall be used at every cleaning. Any cleaning supplies left in the building will need to have the proper Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) submitted to site manager or their designee.
