The Riley County Public Works Department is receiving bids for CHFRS-2P Asphalt for the 2022 maintenance and construction season. Bids for CHFRS-2P shall include oil cost, deliver cost, demurrage cost, return load costs, and pumping charges. Please quote a per gallon price for an estimated total quantity of 62,000 gallons of CHRFS-2P asphalt sealing oil delivery from June 1, 2022 through August 1, 2022. Prices bid should include delivery to the project sites within Riley County on Tabor Valley Road, Barton Road, and University Park Road. Contracts for work hereunder will obligate the contractors and subcontractors not to discriminate in employment practices. Proposing party must submit with their proposal a signed AA/EEO Certification as per K.S.A. 44 1031. No bidder may withdraw his proposal for a period of 30 days after the bids are opened. Any bidder may withdraw his proposal by personal, telegraphic or written request at any time prior to the time scheduled for receiving bids.
