OPWDD's Contract Management Unit for Sunmount DDSOO is soliciting sealed bids from responsible and qualified contractors to perform snow & ice removal services at multiple community sites located in Clinton, Essex, Franklin, Hamilton, & St. Lawrence Counties. Three professional references attesting to at least two years of comparable experience is required for the business or its principals. Contractor shall provide all applicable insurances. Prevailing wage will apply. Contract(s) will be awarded to the responsible and responsive bidder who provides the lowest TOTAL ESTIMATED COMBINED COST PER SEASON for each cluster. Awards will be made by cluster. A bidder may bid on one or multiple clusters and multiple contracts may be awarded. Bid opening will be conducted via Web Ex, not face to face. Please refer to IFB, page 6, Section 13.A(4) for detailed instructions.
