Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Holmen, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project is for the improvements at three new Village parks - Seven Bridges Park Pertzsch Park (3027 Beyer Road), and McGilvray Park (2108 Rotterdam Avenue) in Holmen Wisconsin. The project includes a new park developments. Site work includes Grading, excavation, erosion control, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water lines, irrigation, landscaping, athletic field seeding, baseball field, fencing and dugouts, paths and concrete curb and gutter. The park shelters include concrete foundations, masonry walls and wood roof trusses. PROPOSED SCHEDULE is to award the work by April 14, 2022. Project completion is desired in the Spring 2023. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the OWNER as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. The bid bond will be returned to the bidder as soon as the contract is signed, and if after 15 days the bidder shall fail to do so, the bid bond shall be forfeited to the OWNER as liquidated damages. Performance and Payment Bonds for the full contract amount shall be required from the successful Bidder. Prequalification of bidders will not be required. Bidders to whom award of a Contract is under consideration shall submit to Architect, upon request, a properly executed AIA Document A305 Contractor s Qualifications Statement. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 20 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Prequalification of bidders will not be required.
