Description

Site work for a civil project in Bottineau, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.

The Stone Creek Lateral B and Stone Creek Lateral B West Lateral consists of the following work items: -Stripping approximately 13,000 CY of Topsoil -Channel excavation and soil leveling of approximately 16,000 CY -Seeding 15 acres -Placement and resetting of approximately 400 LF of various CSP size culverts Substantial completion date of the project is October 15th, 2022. Bid packets shall consist of two separate envelopes, the outside envelope containing a current copy of Contractor s License and 5% Bidder s Bond with the second envelope containing the bid on the County s bid form and subcontractor/supplier list. The outside of the envelope shall clearly state that the bid is for the Stone Creek Lateral B and Stone Creek Lateral B West Lateral . No bid may be read or considered if the bid does not fully comply with the requirements of the instruction to bidders. Any deficient bid submitted shall be resealed and returned to the bidder immediately. The successful bidder must submit evidence of general liability insurance coverage and a performance bond in the full amount of the bid before the bid can be officially awarded. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids; to waive technicalities or to accept such as may be determined to be in the best interest of the County.
