The Holyoke Community College, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from General Contractors for the Bathroom Door Modifications Phase 2 in Holyoke Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by PRAArchitects. The Project consists of: Modifications to provide auto operators to bathroom doors and related work The work is estimated to cost $210,000. The bids are to be prepared and submitted at portal General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the following category of work, General Building Construction, and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement. Filed sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified for the trades listed below and bidders must include a current DCAMM Sub-Bidder Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Sub-Bidder's Update Statement.General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all alternates), and made payable to the Holyoke Community College This deposit will be refunded for up to two sets for general bidders and for one set for sub-bidders upon return of the sets in good condition within thirty (30) days of receipt of general bids.Otherwise the deposit shall be the property of the Awarding Authority.
