Renovation of a municipal facility in Sherwood Park, Alberta. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Replacement of all aluminum framed windows and glass door replacements. Windows include curtain wall systems, punch, ribbon and custom (skylight-curtain wall) windows; repairs to cracked concrete windowsill; asbestos removal of the window caulking. TIMELINE: Design is complete. Project was put on hold by the owner and currently isn't included in the 5-year capital plan. Scope of work and project timelines may be updated in the future, pending owner's decision to proceed.
