The Great Falls International Airport Authority (Authority) is soliciting statements of qualifications from con-tractors to provide Construction Man-ager at Risk (CMAR) Services for the Great Falls International Airport. The Authority is seeking qualified General Contractor/Construction Manager (GC/CM) firms to undertake pre--construction and possibly construction services for a project to expand the ticket counter and upgrade the bag-gage system at the Great Falls International Airport Terminal located in the city of Great Falls, Montana. Project construction estimated to be $4,500,000. The Ticket Counter Expan-sion and Baggage System Upgrade project is the first project of a $14,000,000 multi-year plan to rehabili-tate the terminal building. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
