This project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment and material for Cloverleaf Trail Improvements, as specified in detailed Bid Specification Form. This description is furnished for the use of bidders in generally locating and evaluating the project and is not intended in any way to be a complete listing of the work involved. All bidders are required to familiarize themselves with the details of the bidding procedure and the work to be performed. This project being funded from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG-CV). The successful Bidder/Contractor will be therefore be responsible for the completion of all local, state, and federal documents and will ensure that all such requirements and regulations are followed. No bidder may withdraw any bid or proposal within a period of one hundred eighty days (180) days following the date set for receiving bids or proposals. The Owner reserves the right to hold any or all bids or proposals for a period of not more than one hundred eighty days (180) days and said bids or proposals shall be and remain valid and in full force and effect during said period. The Board of Public Works and Safety reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The Board also reserves the right to decrease the estimated quantity, increase the estimated quantity or completely delete any item shown on the bid sheet form and to waive any irregularities in the bidding procedure
