The purpose of this call for proposals is to obtain bids to acquire the services of firms specializing in the supply, installation and repair of security systems for the branches and administrative centers of the Soci t des alcools du Qu bec (hereinafter called the SAQ) and the Soci t qu b coise du cannabis (hereinafter called the SQDC) all under the conditions of the SAQ, contained in this document. The SAQ designates the Soci t des alcools du Qu bec and any legal person it controls with more than 50% of the shares or voting shares. This call for proposals has two (2) components: Part 1: Acquisition, installation and repair of alarm, access and CCTV systems for SAQ and SQDC branches and corporate sites. Part 2: Acquisition and installation of the project to convert analog Pelco recorders to Avigilon recorders. A global project by the SAQ to set up a new automated distribution center (Centre Automatis Montr al or CAM) of nearly 200,000 square feet at its main facilities located at 7500 rue Tellier in Montreal is planned over the next two years. Due to the presence of a large quantity of equipment that has not yet been determined, another separate public call for tenders will be published during the year for the acquisition and installation of alarm, access and CCTV of the expansion project of the CAM (Automated Center of Montreal).
