Renovation of an educational facility in Quebec, Quebec. Design plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Renovation of Gilles-Vigneault Pavilion exterior envelope De Rochebelle High School: repairs of the envelope include: replacement of all the components of the wall envelope (windows, insulation and exterior cladding around the entire perimeter of the buildings); repairs of several roofing basins according to their lifespan. An interior work component is also planned in the project in order to integrate a ventilation system in each of the pavilions. TIMELINE: The owners have issued tender call for Phase 1. Information can be followed in the report under ID name: École Secondaire de Rochebelle Gilles-Vigneault (Phase 1) - Interior Finishes and Mechanical/Electrical System Upgrades. Further update in summer, 2025. Request for proposals for civil and structural engineering services to complete design and conduct construction surveillance is closed.
