Remodeling and renovation of a municipal facility in Audubon, New Jersey. Conceptual plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
**As of May 10, 2022, project is cancelled. Project is no longer needed.** **As of May 6, 2022, bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. Project will rebid but no definite date yet.** Scope of Work: Furnish labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for the installation of miscellaneous metal and structural steel work required to complete this contract. Erect structural steel required for the proper support of equipment required under this contract. Supports, brackets, and clamps and other items specified herein shall be installed in strict accordance with the best practices and recognized code. Materials: Structural steel members required under this part shall conform to ASTM Standard Specification A-7. Other materials shall be as specified hereinafter. The time to complete the work under the contract to be awarded as the result of this bid shall be for ninety (90) days from the date of Notice to Proceed. The time for substantial completion shall be within seventy-five (75) days of the Notice to Proceed
