Tarrant Regional Water District seeks Architectural Services to provide evaluation, design, and construction administration services for improvements to facilities. The agreement will be for up to a four (4) year period. Projects may require multi-disciplinary design efforts. Architects must be experienced in municipal project design and construction administration services. The Scope of Work in the proposal packet is required to assist TRWD with Architectural Services including but not limited to facility and needs assessment(s), programming, and creation of complete design and construction documents for facilities. In order to effectively execute the programming, design and construction of District facilities, TRWD requires the services of a Firm to provide full service Architectural Services. Work includes a wide variety of both new construction and renovation projects in an effort to improve District facilities. These projects include, but are not limited to updating long-range facility assessments, and creation of design documents necessary for the construction of new facilities, renovations or additions for Tarrant Regional Water District. There is not a pre-bid for this project. Prospective bidders must register with the procurement website as a plan holder, even if contract documents are obtained from a plan room or other site. All official notifications, addenda and other documents will be offered only through the procurement website. It is the plan holder s responsibility to determine that a complete set of documents, as defined in Table of Contents are used in the preparation of a bid. Documents are made available for the sole purpose of obtaining bids for completion of the project and permission to download does not confer a license or grant permission or authorization for any other use. Authorization to download documents includes the right for plan holders to print documents for their sole use, provided they pay all costs associated with printing or reproduction. Printed documents may not be re-sold under any circumstances. Submit questions using the Question and Answer process on the Procurement Website. Responses to questions posted on the Procurement Website will be posted on the Procurement Website by the Owner for the benefit of all Firms. A response will be posted for questions that are submitted by end of day March 9, 2022. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
