Renovation of a fire / police facility in Lexington, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Experienced contractors and/or companies must be licensed, bonded and insured in the State of TN. Proof of an active General Contractors license in the State of Tennessee is required at the time of bid. An additional mansard wall/roof will be required as part of the project. Additional interior building renovations will also be required as part of the overall project. The City of Lexington reserves the right to waive all informalities in bids, to accept any bid or any portion thereof, or to reject any or all bids should it be deemed in its best interest to do so.
