The purpose is to find inefficiencies in the building systems and their operations along with focusing on condition-based maintenance. This project will connect the 7 existing meters to the existing building automation system with the ability to share data with the Smart Building Initiative vendor Coppertree. PLEASE NOTE: Work will only be completed afterhours. All documents related to this solicitation are available in both official languages upon request. All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): safety shoes/boots, hard hats, safety glasses, and face mask.
