Site work for a water / sewer project in Cookeville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of May 17, 2022 This project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. This project consists of installing approximately 1,075 LF of 6 DIP, 900 LF of 8 DIP along with relocating approximately 195 LF of 16 DIP, along with multiple meter sets. No bids will be received or accepted after the above-specified time for the opening of bids. Technical questions regarding the contract documents should be addressed to Matthew Phillips at mdp@cookeville-tn.org. Bids shall also be accompanied by an affidavit of a drug-free workplace as required by T.C.A. 50-9-113 and as detailed in the Instructions for Bidders. All bidders must be licensed contractors to perform the type construction herein described as required by Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 62, Chapter 6, The Contractors Licensing Act of 1994 as amended. The City reserves the right to waive any irregularities or reject any or all bids as deemed in the best interest of the City, and in the event all bids are rejected, the project may be re-advertised. Completion of the entire project shall be completed with 120 days of the issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
