Demolition and renovation of an educational facility in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work consists of interior demolition, renovation and new construction for instructional and faculty spaces within the existing facility. General description of building area within the scope of work: - Existing concrete floor system; - Combination of masonry / steel structure; - metal roof deck and metal roof joists; - drywall /steel stud interior construction; - drywall finishes; - wood / steel stud partitions. The general scope of work applied to this component of the project shall include but not be limited to: - Demolition of interior mezzanine; - Demolition of interior partitions; - Demolition of interior finishes; - Demolition of mechanical and electrical infrastructure; - Construction of interior educational teaching spaces; - Construction of interior laboratory operational spaces; - Installation of new mechanical infrastructure; - Installation of new electrical infrastructure.
