Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Outlook, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
The work involves: - The removal and replacement of the boiler and hot water system. - Any electrical work to ensure compliance with building codes. - If necessary, the repair or replacement of any hot water mixing pumps, lines and valves. - Ensure all equipment, replaced lines and valves, meet building and fire codes - The replacement system must heat the main lobby, dressing rooms and gymnastics area. - Energy efficient boiler system. - A Mechanical Engineered plan stamped by an Engineer must be included in the tender. The project will be supervised by the Recreation Director. Interested bidders may schedule a pre-tender site visit by calling the Town of Outlook Recreation Director, Megan Anthony, at (306) 867-9555 or emailing outlookrec@sasktel.net. All work must be completed by August 30th, 2022, depending on weather and in conjunction with the schedule of any outside agency involved if necessary and their contractors.
