Renovation of an educational facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The new sound system will be a distributed speaker system consisting of six (6) line array Clusters for main seating coverage and four court speakers. There will be four subwoofers installed independent of the line arrays. The main equipment rack will be installed in a designated location to be determined by owner. There is a new portable equipment rack to be used on the court that will have a BSS BLU BIB and wireless microphone system. This rack will allow us to have 8 Analog Inputs on the Court using Blu link. The rack will interface with the main equipment rack which will house the amplifiers and system processor. The system will be programmed for multiple zoning scenes. Scenes to Include, but not limited to: All mute, All On, Court mute, Subwoofer mute. The system is to include, but not limited to, the following items: Provide and install six (6) clusters of JBL VRX line array speaker systems. Each of the (6) clusters will have three (3) top cabinets, four (4) clusters will have (1) sub-woofer. Provide and install six (6) delay speakers to cover the court section. Provide and install (8) new Crown amplifiers for the system. Amplifiers will be installed in the dedicated sound closet in the amp rack. Provide and install a BSS blu100 speaker processor for equalization and operation of the speaker system Ensure complete operation of all installed sound system components Install one BSSEC8BV-BLK-M programmed to operate a wireless mic, announcers mic, and a 3.5 connection and zone control Provide and program one (1) iPad for wireless control with zone control. All speaker wire must be plenum rated. Supply as built drawing to TPS TPS to provide network drop to equipment rack Provide user training on the operation of the sound system Use new 12-gauge plenum rated speaker wire NO substitutions will be accepted Each speaker will have a dedicated home run line going to the sound rack, no daisy chaining will be accepted. Ensure complete operation of all installed sound system components Vendor is to assist with joining to the TPS network, TPS will provide IP addresses. Audio System for East Central High School Fieldhouse. Tulsa Public Schools ( TPS , the District ) wishes to contract with a reliable local vendor to provide a new audio systems, including materials and installation, in the new East Central High School fieldhouse, as specified. The period of performance for services subject to this solicitation and any resulting contract shall be from award through completion by September 30, 2022.
