Site work for a water / sewer project in Park City, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Cost estimate is 600k-800k The Project consists of Installation of 10-inch PVC C900 water transmission lines and appurtenances. All work shall conform to PCMC Design Standards, Specifications, and Standard Drawings, unless otherwise indicated. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of the Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Bid security shall be furnished by a certified or cashier s check, or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price payable to PARK CITY MUNICIPAL CORPORATION as a guarantee that the Bidder, if its Bid is accepted, will promptly execute the contract, provide evidence of insurance, and furnish a satisfactory faithful performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price and a payment bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price. Park City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any minor irregularities in any proposal. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
