Tenders must be presented in a sealed envelope bearing the inscription DEVELOPMENT OF A ROOF ON THE SKATING RINK AT THE CENTER SPORTIF RICHARD-GOSSELIN and the tenderer must be clearly identified. To be considered, any tender must be accompanied by a tender guarantee as described in article 2.5 of the "Notice to tenderers" of standard 1809-900-/2019. The tender, the guarantee that must accompany it, as well as all the other documents to be provided will be deemed valid for a period of 90 days . The tenderer must take this obligation into account when having the documents in question completed by others. Only bonds issued by companies holding an insurer's license in Canada will be accepted under the terms of the call for tenders document. Only tenders submitted by contractors who have ordered the tender documents in the same name as that under which they tender will be considered. In the case of a consortium, this requirement is considered satisfied when each of the parties has obtained the said documents. Only tenders from contractors having an establishment in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental market liberalization agreement is applicable, in a province or territory covered by this agreement are considered, for the purposes of awarding the contract. Contractors must hold the license required under the Building Act (RSQ cB-1.1). The City of Saint-Ours does not undertake to retain either the lowest or any of the tenders submitted.
