OUACHITA CORRECTIONAL CENTER NEW GENERATORS EMERGENCY STANDBY POWER SYSTEMS There will be a NON MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference at 10:00 AM on Tuesday March 22, 2022 in the Lobby of the Ouachita Correctional Center, 4801 Hwy. 165, Richwood LA 71202. Bids shall be accepted from Contractors who are licensed under LA. R.S. 37:2150-2192 for the classification of Electrical Construction. Bidder is required to comply with provisions and requirements of LA R.S. 38:2212(B)(5). No bid may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after receipt of bids, except under the provisions of LA. R.S. 38:2214. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause. In accordance with La. R.S. 38:2212(B)(1), the provisions and requirements of this Section; and those stated in the bidding documents shall not be waived by any entity. OUACHITA PARISH POLICE JURY The Work is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of a complete Emergency Generator System and related materials. The Work shall be constructed under a single prime contract under a single phase. It is imperative that bidders carefully and fully study the Contract Documents prior to the Bid Date Bidders should also familiarize themselves with the Instructions to Bidders, Product Substitution Requirement
