Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Deposit in the Form of Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier's Check, Made Payable to the City of New Rochelle, New York, in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) Of the Bid Price (Cash Will Not Be Accepted). The City Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids. The City of New Rochelle is a supporter of the Westchester Affirmative Action Equal Employment Opportunity requirements and agreements.
