East Tent: OU/Meadow Brook Hall intends to purchase a clear span tent, 60 feet wide by 120 feet wide with structure fabric, clear gable end panels, poles and other structure materials and a set of double glass doors that vendor will install on an existing concrete pad. Secondly, OU/MBH intends to lease various seasonal components as listed on the Pricing Spreadsheet. West Tent: OU/MBH intends to purchase a clear span tent, 60 feet wide by 80 feet long with structure fabric, clear gable end panels, poles and other structure materials and a set of double glass doors that vendor will install on a new concrete pad located on a west site of the property. Secondly, OU/MBH intends to lease various seasonal components as listed in the Pricing Spreadsheet. Tent Installation Timeline: East Tent Venue: November 7, 2022: includes beam framework, structure fabric, sidewalls. April 2023 installation of leasing components. West Tent Venue: June 1, 2023 (approximate) includes installation of all materials. Questions Due: March 11, 2022 by 12:00 PM
