As of April 25, 2024, the contract for design services has not been signed. A schedule for design, bidding and construction has not been established. A/E Services for Programming, Planning and Schematic Design Services to Replace Physical Plant Building at Norfolk State University, Norfolk, Virginia All inquiries for information regarding this Request for Proposals should be directed to Dr. Ethel M. Edwards, Capital Procurement Manager at emedwards@nsu.edu and cc a copy to Terry Woodhouse, Sr. Director for Capital Planning and Improvements at twoodhouse@nsu.edu and Richard Law, University Architect at ralaw@nsu.edu no later than 5:00 p.m. (EST) on Tuesday, March 29, 2022. All responses to inquiries will be answered by Tuesday, April 5, 2022 not later than 5:00 p.m., and posted to the eVA website as an addendum. Any answers that are not provided in writing shall not be considered as part of the RFP, or relied on in submitting a proposal.
