The City of New Rochelle ("City") is pleased to release this Request for Proposal ("RFP") which seeks proposals from qualified consultants ("Consultants"), interested in being included on a Qualified Service Provider List, capable of providing professional land surveying services on an "on-call" basis. The agreement with each of the selected firms will be for an initial term of three (3) years with an option to renew, upon mutual consent in writing, for two (2) additional one (1) year terms. The Consultants shall have extensive experience in professional land surveying and broad knowledge of local conditions. The Consultant shall provide a Project Manager who is licensed in the State of New York as a Land Surveyor. The Project Manager will be individually responsible for all Consultant services. All questions must be submitted in writing via e-mail, no later than noon, March 07, 2022, to purchasing@newrochelleny.com. The RFP Specification No. shall be included in the Subject Line of all emails submitted. The City will post the answers to the questions received on the City s website no later than 4:30 pm, March 10, 2022. The City reserves the right to amend the RFP based on questions and issues raised at anytime prior to the RFP submission deadline. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
