The City of Loveland is requesting sealed proposals to provide Mechanical Engineering Services and stamped drawings for replacement of HVAC units at the Loveland Museum and Gallery. The City received federal funds to upgrade the HVAC system at the Loveland Museum and Gallery Building located at 500 N Lincoln Avenue, Loveland, CO 80537. Units #1, #2, #4, #5, and #7 will be replaced at this time. Recent replacement projects have updated units #3, #6, #8, and #9. The major deliverable for this project is to upgrade existing equipment to increase fresh air intake to meet or exceed indoor air quality standards set forth by the Center for Diseases Control (CDC). Design documents also need to include plans to raise all Rooftop Units to accommodate new roofing material, remove any exposed ductwork on the roof, and install new exterior wrapped insulated ductwork.
