The Town of Hamilton in conformance with Massachusetts General Law Ch. 30, Section 39M is soliciting for quotes from contractors for roadway marking throughout the Town of Hamilton. Roadway Marking quantities are estimates and the Town reserves the right to increase or decrease as necessary. Quantities are as follows: 1. 150,000 Linear Feet of 4" White Water Based Traffic Paint 2. 75,000 Linear Feet of 4" Double Yellow Water Based Traffic Paint All bidders must supply the Town with an insurance certificate and workmen's compensation policy, if applicable. All crew members must be OSHA 10 certified. All bidders must abide by all contract terms associated with the attached contract. All bidders must sign Attachment C and D with their quote. Bids must be submitted on the Solicitation of Quotes Form included as an attachment to this document. All bids for this project are subject to applicable public bidding laws of Massachusetts, including MGL Ch. 30, 39M, as amended. The Town will issue award to the responsible and eligible contractor that offers the lowest price. Attention is directed to the minimum wage rates to be paid as determined by the Commissioner of Labor and Workforce Development and the weekly payroll record submittal requirements under the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Section 26 through 27D inclusive.
