Bid #12 -two-inch asphalt overlay road project beginning A mile west of Latta School for 1.7 miles on County Road 1560 for Pontotoc County District #2 This work will be performed according to the project specifications provided for this project. The proposal will include a special provision with reference to Contractor s Non-Collusion Affidavit and a 5% bid bond in a certified or cashier s check or surety bond shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. Evidence of having proper worker s compensation coverage for employees as provided by Title 85 of the Oklahoma Statutes Section 61 shall be required prior to issuance of a work order. Upon award of contract to a successful bidder, the Contractor will commence work under this contract within (60) days.
