This work is subject to financial assistance under the local road assistance program (PAVL) of the MTQ. The award is conditional on obtaining the grant and approval of the loan by-law. The Municipality incurs no responsibility for the fact that the written opinions or any documents conveyed by electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, any tenderer must make sure, before presenting his tender, to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders. BID GUARANTEE A bid guarantee in the form of a certified check or a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid and a letter of intent must accompany the bid.
