Renovation of a municipal facility in Corbyville, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Corporation of the Town of Greater Napanee (the Town) is issuing this Request for Quotations (RFQ), seeking bids from qualified contractors for the installation of a new concrete floor slab in a Municipal public works storage building. The building is located at 1599 County Road 41, near the hamlet of Selby. The scope of work includes the following: - The building floor slab measures approximately 80' x 50' in area - The new concrete floor shall have a minimum thickness of 6" - The fiber-reinforced, air-entrained concrete shall have a minimum compressive strength of 32MPa - The new concrete floor shall have a polished finish - Some onsite forming may be required in the areas of the bay doors - Contractor shall ensure concrete is protected from freezing Documents can be obtained at: https://www.greaternapanee.com/en/open-for-business/bids-and-tenders.aspx
