This project is anticipated to include approximately 3,962 lineal feet of CIPP mainline lining. This includes: 12-INCH (749 linear feet), 15-INCH (883 linear feet), 18-INCH (1,726 linear feet), and 24-INCH (604 linear feet) CIPP Sanitary Sewer Lining (manhole to manhole), Mainline Joint Grouting at 27 different locations, Test & Seal 5 Sanitary Lateral Connections, and Traffic Control. The Utility reserves the right to limit access to water after mid-June if weather conditions result in an increased demand for water in the City. Owner reserves the right to postpone the award of the Contract for a period not exceeding 60 days from the date of bid opening. Bids shall remain firm for that period of time. It is anticipated the Contract will be awarded on approximately March 22, 2022. he Owner further reserves the right to retain the security deposits of the three (3) lowest Bidders during that time. The Notice to Proceed is anticipated around the end of March, with work commencing as weather allows. The work must be completed by August 31st.
