Great Smoky: ELKMONT MANHOLE SEALING PIPE BURSTING THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. The National Park Service (NPS), The Great Smoky Mountains National Park (GRSM) The contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, services, and materials required to complete job. The contractor shall also provide all equipment required to pipe burst the existing 6 waste collection lines, and insert an 8 HDPE pipe in accordance with National Association of Sewer Service Companies Organization (NASSCO), and International Pipe Bursting Association (IPBA) Pipe Bursting Gravity Sewer Mains with HDPE Pipe Suggested Standard Specifications; Tennessee Department of Environmental Quality (TDEC) regulations, and must be a licensed contractor. Location: Located eight miles from Gatlinburg, Tennessee 37738, Elkmont Campground is the largest and busiest campground in Great Smoky Mountains National Park with a total of 220 campsites and twelve comfort stations. This proposed acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside procurement. The solicitation, plans, and specifications are expected to be posted on or about March 10, 2022 (this is a target date which may slip or change; if the solicitation is not posted on Federal Business Opportunities by March 10, 2022 that is because the solicitation is not available for posting). The solicitation will be available for a minimum of thirty (30) calendar days once posted.
