The City of Roseville invites expert Respondents to submit a proposal for services required for the design, manufacturing, and installation of a speed skating oval safety padding system for the Guidant John Rose MN OVAL. The padding system shall be a "foamboarding" style system and shall encompass the entire outside. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other RFP Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. The process for consideration of proposals for the award of the Project will take into account not only the Contract amount proposed, but also the proposer's ability and performance on previous similar projects, within or outside the City of Roseville, and the proposer's ability to complete the project.
